TEST PRINCIPLE

Domotest is an ELISA based on the competition of domoic acid (DA) extracted from the sample, and domoic acid labelled with peroxidase to bind specific anti-domoic acid antibodies to form antigen-antibody complexes.

TECHNICAL DATA

  • Working range: 4-80 mg/Kg
  • Assay time: 15 min extraction. 30 + 15 min assay
  • Presentation: 96-well microtiter plate. Total of 41 samples
  • Equipment: Microtiter plate reader at 450 nm
