Analysis of Listeria monocytogenes
TEST PRINCIPLE
Immunochemical lateral flow technique (LFIA) based on the detection of the antigen p60. The test lets perform all the assay in a single device: incubation of the sample in the culture medium, immunochromatograhic assay, and inactivation of the sample and culture medium.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Scope: detection of Listeria monocytogenes.
- Limit of detection: absence in 25 g or 100 cm2.
- Assay time: 48 hours / 37ºC.
- Reading: Visual interpretation.
