Analysis of Salmonella
TEST PRINCIPLE
Immunochemical lateral flow technique (LFIA) based on the detection of the serogroups A-E of Salmonella. The test lets perform all the assay in a single device: incubation of the sample in the culture medium, immunochromatograhic assay, and inactivation of the sample and culture medium.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Scope: Specific detection of Salmonellas of serogroups A-E.
- Limit of detection: absence in 25 g or 100 cm2.
- Assay time: 24 hours / 37 ◦C.
- Results: visual interpretation.
